1 Part 1 Oz 15ml | Bottega Cinzano 1757 Vermouth di Torino G.I. Extra Dry |
1 Part 1 Oz 1 Dash | Angostura Bitter |
Recipe
1 | Pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass |
2 | Pour all ingredients in a mixing glass |
3 | Stir with ice |
4 | Strain into ice-filled glas |
5 | Garnish with orange zest |

The Rosita cocktail is famously credited as an invention by legendary bartender Gary”gaz” Regan. Story goes Regan was presented with this drink during a home dinner, and commented on it being delicious; he had forgotten he himself had previously inserted in his first book, “The Bartneder’s Bible”, in 1991.
