1	Pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass

2	Pour all ingredients in a mixing glass

3	Stir with ice

4	Strain into ice-filled glass

5	Garnish with orange zest

Ice

Ice is the most important ingredient in a drink: opt for clear cubes while stirring, and a chunk for serving.

Always pre-chill your mixing glass and serving glass, for the best drinking experience.

It is true that fig liqueur can be found all year around; but the authenticity and experience of tasting figs during their season, between June and September, remains unparalleled, so taste your Fig Negroni when weather and atmosphere suit.
