0.5 Part 1/2 Oz 15ml	Extra Dry Vermouth

1.5 Part 1 1/2 Oz 45ml	Espolòn Reposado

1 Dash 1 Dash 1 Dash	Aromatic bitters

Recipe

1	Pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass

2	Pour all ingredients in a mixing glass

3	Stir with ice

4	Strain into ice-filled glass

5	Garnish with orange zest

“SO GOOD, I FORGOT”

The Rosita cocktail is famously credited as an invention by legendary bartender Gary”gaz” Regan. Story goes Regan was presented with this drink during a home dinner, and commented on it being delicious; he had forgotten he himself had previously inserted in his first book, “The Bartneder’s Bible”, in 1991.
